Informational Areas: PCU collects information on dates and times of visits to our website and app. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to our website and app. It also permits us to improve the site based on the pages visited.

PCU Online Access: PCU has taken precautions to verify that only authorized persons log into PCU online area and app. We compared the access code and password submitted to the information we have stored at the credit union prior to permitting access to account information. If a password is entered incorrectly 3 times access to PCU online access is locked until you contact us to unlock your account. Never give your access id or password to anyone. Your cooperation in this area protects your privacy.

E-mail: Personal information contained in email sent by members and non-members may be used by credit union staff to respond to questions, suggestions or to improve upon the services we offer. Please remember that e-mail is not secure against interception by parties other than your recipient. If there is sensitive or personal information you wish to send us, you should send it via registered mail.
